Return Policy

At Hearth & Bean and Anderson County Coffee, operated by Hearth & Bean, LLC, your satisfaction matters.

1. Coffee & Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of coffee and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

2. Merchandise (Mugs, Apparel, Accessories)

  • Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once your return is received and processed.
